- Manage day‑to‑day activities of the sales strategy in the categories of promotion, engagement and conversion.
- Book, plan and confirm happy hour and promotional parties.
- Book, plan and manage parties of 19 people or less.
- Work with the General Managers and Director of Marketing on strategies and initiatives that drive sales.
- Lead the Property and its venues’ guerilla and field marketing activities and promotions including office, hotel, convention, and other outreach programs.
- Work with the Marketing team and image staff to drive data collection through online sweepstakes and contests, onsite and offsite.
- Execute SMS promotional campaigns that drive traffic to venues during set off days and hours.
- Send follow ups and confirmation emails to guests.
- Submit weekly sales sheets reports.
- Create external marketing partnerships; build relationships with key players in the market.
- Communicate and train staff on sales initiatives and promotions.
- Create, manage and execute venues’ organic social media content.
- Work with Content Captains weekly to ensure we’re producing marketing content that’s on brand.
- Responsible for responding to comments and online reviews.
- Manage community and influencer marketing programs.
- Administer and manage OpenTable reservation platforms for all participating restaurants to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational alignment.
- Optimize reservation availability, table allocation, and pacing strategies to maximize seating efficiency, guest flow, and revenue potential.
- Coordinate with General Managers and venue leadership to align reservation strategies with staffing levels, service standards, and forecasted demand.
- Monitor reservation activity, guest booking patterns, and demand trends to make data‑driven adjustments to booking parameters and dining durations.
- Configure and manage OpenTable promotions, experiences, and event‑based reservations in support of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update restaurant pages on the OpenTable platform, including menus, hours of operation, holidays, photos, policies, and guest messaging.
- Analyze OpenTable performance reports and metrics, including covers, turn times, cancellations, and no‑show rates, and prepare insights for leadership review.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies designed to reduce no‑shows and late cancellations through system settings and guest communications.
- Partner with Marketing and Social Media teams to promote OpenTable reservation links and campaigns across approved channels.
- Train, support, and communicate OpenTable reservation management procedures and best practices to on‑property teams.
- Serve as a point of contact with OpenTable account representatives regarding platform updates, tools, and optimization opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional communicator: you confidently engage at all levels and across multiple stakeholder groups and clients.
- You have excellent written and oral communication and are known for translating data into clear, easy‑to‑understand information useful for stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, etc.
- Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent and 1‑3 years of experience in food & beverage operations and hotel sales and marketing setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
- May require a valid Driver’s License and ability to drive.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
- Frequently standing up or moving within and outside the facility.
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
