What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing 1:1 and group coaching to Business Development representatives focused on outbound prospecting and sales execution
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in outreach strategies
- Track key outbound metrics and implement targeted coaching strategies to enhance performance
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align outbound strategies and priorities
- Support BD teams in executing effective outreach strategies across target accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience coaching or training Business Development or Sales Development teams on outbound sales execution
- Strong understanding of prospecting, sequencing, and pipeline generation strategies
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Manager, Team Lead, or Sales Coach
- Hands-on experience with Outreach.io (sequence building, reporting, optimization)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience working closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership
