      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and research ideal nonprofit prospects using tools such as LinkedIn and HubSpot
      - Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to connect with potential clients
      - Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution and lead nurturing
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in a sales or outreach role (SaaS or nonprofit tech experience is a plus)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle a high-volume workload
      - Self-starter with a growth mindset and a drive to exceed targets
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using a CRM
