      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Salesforce training for new Account Managers and internal partners to ensure proficiency in system use.
      - Generate comprehensive CSI reports and conduct analysis to support sales strategies.
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CSI system while maintaining data integrity.
      - Act as a liaison between customers and the company to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues.
      - Organize and coordinate events and marketing initiatives to promote products and drive sales.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous commercial support experience required.
      - High School education or equivalent required.
      - Ability to learn Salesforce and other systems utilized by the employer.
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
      - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Residing in the Denver metro area.
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
      - Background in design or related fields.
      - Experience in market research and identifying business opportunities.
      - Ability to analyze market reports and assist in account management.
