What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop accurate quotations from customer requests and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ tools
- Review bid documents and analyze customer needs to deliver compliant, value-engineered solutions
- Draft submittals to support bid approvals and timely awards
- Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure quotes and orders are accurate
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Two to four (2-4) years in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations supporting technical solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe/Bluebeam and shared file systems
- Experience with public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows
- Ability to read plan sets and interpret specifications/SOWs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in related fields
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
