What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage broker distribution and partnerships
- Interpret and qualify Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Utilize Salesforce.com for sales tracking and management
- Conduct cold calls to prospects and brokers to generate leads
- Present wellness solutions using virtual formats and PowerPoint
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, wellness, employee benefits, or a related field
- Passion for health and wellness initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in insurance brokerage, specifically in employee benefits
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Familiarity with virtual presentation tools like GoTo Meeting and Zoom
