What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business growth and enhance profitability in existing accounts through market insight
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with business owners and C-suite executives
- Build and energize a robust referral network while executing proactive outreach strategies
- Deliver persuasive presentations that effectively demonstrate the organization's solutions
- Travel within a designated territory to prospect and establish relationships with new local businesses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in solution selling for small businesses and merchants
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent skills in cold calling, prospecting, and territory development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in SAAS or payments is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM tool
