What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales goals
- Collaborate across the organization to develop effective selling strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline data in CRM
- Utilize sales tools and collateral to close deals and enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Open to receiving and applying feedback for continuous improvement
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to listen and provide customer solutions
- Strong tenacity and persistence to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with in-person cold calling and prospecting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Field sales experience with a successful track record in prospecting and closing new customers
- Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
- Experience selling solutions to the restaurant and hospitality industry
