      Position Overview:

      Sales Executive with a proven track record of closing deals, to expand CompoSecure's reach within the market of community banks, credit unions, and smaller fintechs. Primary responsibility will be to generate new business through self-sourced outreach and prospecting. This role requires a hands-on, full-cycle sales approach - from research and cold outreach to closing.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Assess the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize revenue potential.
      • Establish contacts with customers in the region and connect with new potential customers.
      • Achieve and exceed agreed upon targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule, whilst owning the entire sales cycle.
      • Initiate and nurture relationships across key C-Suite, Managing Director and business line-level leaders to influence buying decisions.
      • Maintain an update account and opportunity data within company systems.
      • Focus on acquiring new business from Community Banks, Credit Unions, Tier 2 banks, and smaller Fintechs.


      Qualifications:
      • 4 -7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cards, fintech, payments, or financial services.
      • Proven closer - must be comfortable negotiating and securing deals from $50K-$1M+.
      • Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates level of desire for the solution.
      • Consultative sales approach, a collaborative leadership style, and experience working cross-functionally to drive the sales process.
      • Confidence working in a hyper-growth stage company where the product and sales processes are constantly evolving.
      • Strong familiarity with the banking landscape, including traditional FIs, Credit Unions, and Fintech.
      • Experience within the payment card industry preferred, but ability to understand card manufacturing nuances (e.g., Visa, MC, Amex requirements), and willingness to ramp quickly required.
      • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills
      • High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
      • College degree preferred
