      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage agency relationships and drive new business sales growth for Commercial and Life insurance.
      - Direct marketing activities to achieve profitability and production objectives.
      - Recruit new agencies and oversee agency appointments and sales in the territory.
      - Monitor agent performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
      - Conduct periodic sales and educational meetings for the agency force.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or Insurance-related field or equivalent experience.
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
      - Valid Driver's License required.
      - Demonstrated skills in listening, communication, and public speaking.
      - In-depth knowledge of the local marketplace and Microsoft Office software.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous sales and/or field marketing experience strongly desired.
      - Mentoring experience is desired.
      - Experience with all lines of insurance: Life, Commercial, and Personal.
      - Certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) preferred.
