      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and compliance by ensuring records are clean and up to date
      - Assist with sales enablement by organizing templates, playbooks, and training materials
      - Support onboarding and internal training by providing administrative and organizational assistance
      - Provide research and reporting support by pulling prospect lists and summaries
      - Help prioritize sales opportunities through accurate reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Economics, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or related disciplines)
      - Strong desk research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise briefs
      - Excellent written communication skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and accuracy
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when tracking deadlines and compliance requirements
      - Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
      - Interest in philanthropy, foundations, and nonprofit fundraising
      - Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
