      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
      - Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM throughout the day
      - Follow up diligently with potential clients and document all interactions in the CRM
      - Educate prospects on workshop offerings and collaborate with the team to enhance client service
      - Maintain effective communication with team members and ensure smooth transitions between programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in one of the states where the employer operates: FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
      - High-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., gym memberships, event tickets)
      - Excellent communication skills over phone and video conference
      - Well-organized and capable of managing a sales pipeline effectively
