      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers to drive revenue growth
      - Implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
      - Provide excellent support to customers, helping them achieve their goals with innovative products and services
      - Manage territory and conduct strategic account planning to optimize sales efforts
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the scientific/laboratory industry
      - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex product applications and workflows
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in life sciences, chemistry, or related scientific field
      - Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing effective sales strategies
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
      - Fluency in additional languages based on territory needs
