      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
      - Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
      - Represent the employer brand positively and connect customers to suitable products
      - Adapt to various work environments and schedules while maintaining reliability
      - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to close sales
      - Ability to effectively communicate with both prospects and customers
      - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in typing and computer skills; Property and Casualty License required after hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
      - Previous experience in a customer service role or related field
