      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Secure customer orders that achieve corporate sales and operational improvement objectives
      - Develop effective relationships with key customer contacts and territory refrigeration dealers
      - Create sales plans that support company objectives for sales, market share, and account penetration
      - Manage an existing network of Independent Representatives responsible for the Commercial Insulating Glass trade business
      - Participate in trade shows and industry associations to promote products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a Sales, Marketing, or closely related field
      - Proven client development experience in the food retail industry
      - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively at all levels
      - Willingness to travel up to 50-75%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Hussmann or refrigeration products
      - Strong skills in interpersonal communication, negotiations, and account management
