What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify new business opportunities in target verticals and convert cold leads into long-term partners
- Educate customers on transitioning from diesel to electric through product demonstrations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize equipment usage and software integration
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate customer feedback and market trends
- Close B2B sales deals, focusing on building and closing million-dollar agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on building and closing million-dollar deals
- Experience selling generators or relevant industrial equipment
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner
- Resilience and self-drive to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Familiarity with clean technology or equipment rental sales is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Background in hardware or clean technology sales
