What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify new business opportunities in target verticals and convert cold leads into long-term partnerships
- Educate customers on transitioning from diesel to electric, demonstrating the ROI of VOLTstack units
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring optimal usage of equipment and software
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and market trends
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing $million+ deals
- Experience selling generators or other relevant industrial equipment
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to customers in an engaging manner
- Self-driven and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Strong alignment with the company's core values: People, Owners, Winners, Entrepreneurs, and Revolutionaries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling hardware, equipment rental, or clean tech solutions
- Previous experience selling Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
