      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor assigned hotels' sales systems for incoming leads generated
      - Respond to sales system integrated leads within one hour of lead generation
      - Create bookings in appropriate sales system and communicate information to property sales contacts
      - Record lead information in shared lead log for review and updates throughout the booking lifecycle
      - Contribute to reporting for analysis of lead conversion or response time tracking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of intermediate hotel sales system experience in a sales or event management-focused position preferred
      - Intermediate computer skills experience necessary
      - Proficiency in hotel industry sales and catering software (Delphi.fdc, CI/TY)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word, as well as Google Suite products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with hotel sales systems such as Delphi.fdc and CI/TY
      - Familiarity with data reporting and analysis in a sales context
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
