What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and customize Salesforce, including Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), to support various organizational needs
- Maintain data integrity for donor, volunteer, and program records while overseeing data management practices
- Manage user access and security protocols to ensure data confidentiality
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking performance and impact measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and promote user adoption of Salesforce solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three (3+) years of Salesforce administration experience, including automation and data governance
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and nonprofit fundraising operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to the organization’s mission and values
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience leading Salesforce implementations, upgrades, or system migrations
- Understanding of nonprofit fundraising metrics and program outcome tracking
