What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture focusing on Service Cloud features, including case management and knowledge base design
- Architect and design integrations between Salesforce and Omnichannel platforms (voice, chat, email, and social)
- Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein for enhanced customer interactions
- Conduct architecture reviews and solution design workshops while providing technical leadership
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and advancements to continuously improve solution strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 13+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce solution architecture and design
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnichannel, and CTI integrations
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Cloud or similar enterprise contact center platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
- Experience with Experience Cloud or Sales Cloud in addition to Service Cloud
- Familiarity with AI-driven service automation, chatbots, or GenAI capabilities within Salesforce
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Copado, Gearset)
- Relevant Salesforce Architect and Consultant-level certifications
