Job Description
- Req#: 18244
- Collaborate with the users, business analysts in the gathering of user requirements and specifications.
- Analyze technical and business requirements and translate these into basic and detailed technical design.
- Conduct feasibility study, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions and processes.
- Participate in the technical and project documentation such as but not limited to functional, system and technical design, requirements and specifications.
- Develop, customize, enhance, fix and maintain codes, applications and systems.
Dialogue programming and transaction development - Maintenance of screens, forms and reports, function modules
- Further development of ECC6.0 / S/4 HANA
- Carrying out development tasks using current programming methods (SAP ABAP, UI5 / Fiori)
- Support in the implementation of FIORI applications
- Connection of SAP subsystems
- Create test scenarios and data and conduct or participate in non-functional and functional testing (e.g., unit testing, system testing, integration testing, etc.).
- Document, analyze and report test results.
- Any Engineering Graduate Degree
- 7+ years’ experience in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Fluency in English. German language skills would be a strong plus.
- Excellent knowledge of ABAP Object Oriented Concepts, Debugging, Code Inspector and other SAP development tools.
- Very good programming knowledge in the area of SAP interfaces: Web service, BAPI and RFC, O-DATA, SAP interfaces
- Very good knowledge of form development (SAP Script, Smart forms)
- Good knowledge of enhancement options in SAP (Badi, Enhancement, Customer Functions)
- Experience in the FIORI environment
- Knowledge of ALE / IDOC
- Very strong analytical, conceptual, communications and project management skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, effective stakeholder management and communication across all levels
- Strong team player – ability and passion to work in a global team.
