      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and process incoming communication and online requests from patients and referring providers
      - Perform patient registration and scheduling processes efficiently and accurately
      - Answer telephone calls, triage inquiries, and provide detailed messages using professional customer service techniques
      - Obtain necessary patient information prior to appointments and ensure medical records are accessible
      - Maintain confidentiality and privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent required
      - 0-1 year of customer service experience, specifically in a contact/call center environment
      - 0-1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills
      - Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic software
      - Knowledge of referral triage processes and insurance stipulations related to appointment scheduling
      - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
      - Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
      - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively
