What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to client requests via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in proprietary software, ensuring complete and consistent data entry
- Confirm and cancel assignments for the next business day with clients and assigned resources
- Coordinate and schedule legal proceedings and meetings, assigning court reporters, videographers, interpreters, and other resources to match client needs
- Resolve scheduling issues, escalating complex matters to management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3+ years of work experience; new grads are welcome to apply
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and calm demeanor under pressure
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in a legal or court reporting environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the legal industry (paralegal, legal secretary, or court reporting) is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law or a related field, or a degree or certificate as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, or equivalent work experience
