What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize proprietary and third-party technology platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients
- Manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and up to 30 inbound calls per shift, ensuring timely resolution
- Schedule and confirm 10-30 patient visits per shift while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Collect and upload necessary documentation for scheduled visits and maintain communication with all parties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology or prior experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role within healthcare
- Strong interest in technology and experience with various software platforms
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends as part of the regular schedule
