What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile product teams, facilitating Scrum processes and sprint activities
- Maintain and organize product backlogs, ensuring visibility into priorities and progress
- Lead sprint planning meetings and conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team productivity and project progress
- Track and report team performance metrics using organizational reporting tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams on enterprise-level software projects
- Advanced knowledge of Agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide discussions and reach consensus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in collaborative environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Advanced degree in a related discipline
- Experience in regulated or data-intensive industries such as utilities, pharmaceuticals, or finance
- Familiarity with enterprise technology environments like Java, .NET, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server
