What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet and assist customers promptly, providing immediate support and handling multiple inquiries efficiently
- Assess and meet customer needs through product knowledge, recommendations, and suggestive selling
- Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales
- Address and resolve customer concerns using product knowledge to offer alternative solutions
- Communicate merchandise restocking needs and customer feedback to management in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability for a flexible work schedule
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology, including cash registers and mobile devices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers
- Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve issues courteously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Familiarity with cash handling and retail operations
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
