- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues that could impact daily operations.
- Support site operations by completing incident reports, maintaining visible presence throughout the location, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards for an unarmed patrol assignment.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
