      The Role:
      We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Employee Health and Benefits team. This is a client-facing role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in employee benefits, client relationship management, and market knowledge. You will manage a portfolio of key multinational clients, driving service excellence, growth, and innovative wellness initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

      • Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurers and market providers to negotiate competitive terms and enhance client value.

      • Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to improve employee health outcomes and optimize claims experience.

      • Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver seamless, compliant multinational benefits solutions.

      • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed claims and utilization reports to provide actionable insights for clients.

      • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing escalations and ensuring service-level agreements are met.

      • Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business growth across multiple geographies.

      Qualifications & Experience:

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee health and benefits, preferably within insurance broking or consulting.

      • Proven track record managing complex multinational client portfolios with significant premium volumes.

      • Strong knowledge of GCC/MENA employee benefits markets and regulatory environments.

      • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

      • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.

      • Analytical mindset with experience in claims data analysis and reporting.

      • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

      • Relevant academic qualifications in business, finance, insurance, or related fields.
