      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct complex, data-driven quality assurance audits on internal payment transactions
      - Support external client audits by gathering documentation and validating data accuracy
      - Perform deep-dive investigations into payment discrepancies and their root causes
      - Track audit findings and create actionable insights and dashboards for internal teams
      - Identify friction points in payment workflows and propose procedural improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in healthcare claims, payment integrity, or financial auditing
      - Strong understanding of payment cycles, claims adjudication, or billing integrity
      - Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g., Looker) to identify patterns
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
      - Ability to document findings clearly and explain payment logic to various stakeholders

      - Experience with external client-facing audits
      - Familiarity with healthcare payment systems and regulations
