- Define and manage web-based training projects using needs analysis and effective project management practices.
- Lead and support complex, multi-module WBT and multimedia solutions in partnership with business stakeholders and trainers.
- Maintain learning platforms and digital presence, including LMS programming coordination and SharePoint management.
- Gather feedback, manage content standards and retention practices, and ensure alignment with MeriTrain brand standards.
- SharePoint design and administration.
- Articulate Storyline 2 and Camtasia.
- Producing voice-over recordings and video editing.
- Graphic design and visual content creation.
- Applying project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience with Rise decks.
- Experience with OneNote and other Microsoft office suite products.
- Experience consulting on learning programs.

Position Summary
The Instructional Technology team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Project Management who will design and support multimedia learning solutions, including SharePoint, eLearning, video, and onboarding resources. The team leads needs analysis, manages web-based training projects, and partners with trainers and business stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable, and branded learning experiences.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
