What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct cross-functional analysis and summarize results into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support the annual financial planning process, including budget template creation and performance management structure development
- Prepare materials for month-end close, including Budget vs Actual reports and vendor spend analysis
- Generate and automate reporting materials for leadership and the board of directors
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Consulting; experience in a fast-growing tech company preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skill set with the ability to apply quantitative reasoning to business problems
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High proficiency in Excel and GSuite
- Experience in B2C or Digital Health
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Netsuite)
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI capabilities into financial workflows
