What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise the organization on best practices within the ServiceNow platform to enhance experiences and create lasting value
- Deliver proof of concept and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow development to stakeholders
- Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow
- Configure and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions for optimal uptime
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Knowledge in various ServiceNow Platform areas including IT Service Management and IT Operations Management
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Experience in mentoring and developing effective relationships within a team
