      POSITION SUMMARY:

      JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Pre-qualify eligible customer for refinancing or purchasing home loan with PHH and Liberty Reverse Mortgage.
      • Solicit Home Loan Options
      • Transfer the call to licensed loan officer in their State.
      • Maintains effective ongoing communication with teammates and team leaders
      • Cooperates, shares, and supports the goals of the corporation
      • Set up a call back for the customer’s availability and be able to refer to the licensed loan officer in their State

      EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

      • Open to undergraduates with 6 months BPO experience
      • 2-3 yrs. Mortgage experience
      • Must be fluent in English and excellent communication skills
      • Competitive, driven, and motivated
      • Ability to work independently
      • Ability to build rapport over the phone
      • Good organizational skills
      • Professionalism
      • Flexible and adaptable to change
      • Ability to build relationships (respect, trust, consensus)
      • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, understanding of network systems) preferred
      • Ability to work overtime as required
      • No documented disciplinary action in the past 6 months.
      • Should have an Appraisal rating of ‘Fully Meets Expectations’ or above in the last completed performance cycle.
      • Should have completed 9 months in the organization and 9 months in the current role

      WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

      • Scheduled shift changes as a result of business needs (associate must be flexible)
