What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical business analysis support for product and client-led change projects targeting the platform
- Collaborate with product managers, development, and QA teams throughout the software development life cycle
- Identify and analyze the impact of new product features and facilitate the breakdown of requirements into technical work items
- Produce change documentation, including use cases, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Maintain product feature specifications and support product-specific developments and regulatory initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry as a developer, technical business analyst, or product owner
- Strong knowledge of securities industry flows in trading, clearing, and settlement
- Hands-on technical proficiency in Linux, SQL, REST API integrations, etc.
- Proven ability to analyze and breakdown product-level requirements into technical work items
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with OCC, FundServ, CTM, and corporate action processing
- Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Experience interacting with upper management and senior leadership
- General understanding of user experience constructs
