What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify opportunities to leverage technologies to enhance business practices and implement software application enhancements
- Act as a liaison between customers, end-users, IT personnel, and software vendors to align technology with operational processes
- Assess, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using appropriate information gathering techniques
- Develop and execute detailed test cases, sharing results with business and tech managers for approval
- Work collaboratively with developers to provide solutions and estimates for fixes and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with pricing configuration in NetworX Pricer and for Commercial plans
- Familiarity with QNXT or Facets preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with pricing configuration in NetworX Pricer
- Experience with QNXT software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Previous experience in healthcare or insurance industries
