What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions to support payroll and financial operations
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes and system settings
- Analyze and document existing workflows, recommending process changes for enhanced efficiency
- Lead testing, migration, and deployment of new features, ensuring system performance and data accuracy
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with university stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Five years of experience in an Analyst or Business Analyst role supporting business technology platforms
- Experience with Workday financial applications or other ERP systems
- Flexible computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or MS in Project Management or technology-related discipline
- Workday Payroll and Time Tracking module experience
- Experience with metrics, analytics, or dashboards to enhance understanding of payroll cycles
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Project Management certification
