What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and departmental leadership to gather complex requirements for system implementations and upgrades
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for various initiatives within the organization
- Provide consulting on complicated system integrations to support organizational goals
- Engage in requirement gathering activities with minimal oversight
- Ensure alignment of recruitment services with best practices and innovative solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a relevant field, or 10 years of industry-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of analyst or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and recruitment processes
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in MBA, MHA, or MIS
- IIBA certification upon hire
- 8 years of experience in a senior analyst or management role in healthcare recruiting and/or marketing
- Proven track record of successful project management and system implementation
- Familiarity with healthcare best practices and innovative recruitment strategies
