      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, development, and execution of clinical and population health analyses and reports
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics align with strategic priorities
      - Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise as a strategic business partner
      - Mentor colleagues with consultative and technical expertise across the enterprise
      - Manage projects effectively to successful completion while identifying opportunities for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or closely related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, executing, and disseminating clinical and population health reporting
      - 5 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data
      - 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
      - 3 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a related field such as Medicine, Public Health, or Nursing
      - Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
      - Familiarity with developing analytic applications or dashboards (e.g., RShiny, Tableau)
      - Proven ability to refine and prioritize analytic questions in complex problem spaces
