      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and high-quality data generation
      - Conduct site visits, including pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with protocols and regulations
      - Manage site start-up procedures, including investigator feasibility, regulatory document collection, and informed consent review
      - Communicate effectively with site personnel and project management to address protocol/study issues and implement necessary actions
      - Mentor and train new employees and junior monitors, fostering a supportive team environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
      - Minimum of 3.5 years of on-site monitoring experience, particularly in Oncology
      - Global Clinical Trial experience
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Fluency in English communication, both verbal and written
