What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies
- Conduct market analyses, job evaluations, and prepare recommendations based on compensation principles
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative HR data to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and enhance HR metrics and dashboards for workforce planning and compensation
- Provide expert consultation on sensitive or complex compensation issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1-3 years professional experience in salary administration and/or HR analytics
- Working knowledge of Peoplesoft, Tableau, and Qualtrics
- Experience in conducting market analyses and job evaluations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of related professional experience for Senior Compensation Analyst role
- Experience leading complex data analysis initiatives including forecasting and modeling
- Familiarity with additional HR metrics and analytics tools
- Proven ability to present findings through written reports and visual dashboards
