      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including sales and vendor agreements
      - Provide ongoing commercial legal advice and support to various internal teams
      - Collaborate with management and business partners on agreements impacting the organization
      - Conduct legal trainings for business stakeholders on commercial legal issues
      - Assist with corporate transactional work, including M&A and strategic investments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - J.D. from a well-recognized law school and excellent academic credentials
      - Admitted to the Massachusetts state bar or another U.S. state bar
      - 5-8 years of commercial and/or corporate transactional experience required
      - Superior verbal and written communication skills, including contract drafting
      - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior in-house or large law firm experience
      - Experience in regulatory or technology sectors, especially in healthcare
      - Ability to think creatively and strategically with business acumen
      - Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
