      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with the employer's products and services
      - Assist customers in implementing and adopting products to achieve desired outcomes
      - Position complementary product offerings aligned to Substance 3D and engage customers across the complete Cloud portfolio
      - Partner with sales and account management teams to identify growth opportunities within customer accounts
      - Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales and/or customer success, preferably in the technology industry
      - Proven ability to navigate customer challenges and achieve sales or customer success metrics
      - Experience as a trusted advisor driving business value and sales expansion opportunities
      - Self-motivated and collaborative professional with a passion for exceeding client expectations
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

      - Previous experience working with Adobe products
      - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to effectively manage relationships and navigate organizations
      - Experience leading executive meetings and engaging with C-Suite executives
      - Resourcefulness in prioritizing and performing effectively in ambiguous environments
