      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become a product expert and mentor clients on data, tools, and solutions
      - Deliver insights and best practices to enhance client engagement and success
      - Independently manage customer retention and growth strategies
      - Communicate proactively with clients, managing touchpoints and change management
      - Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to Product and Data teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related quantitative field
      - 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting
      - Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
      - Technical aptitude with intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building collaborative relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in CPG, Retail, or the natural/specialty industry
      - Familiarity with contract management systems such as DocuSign or Salesforce
