What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate quality and sustaining activities for data center operations supporting OEMs/ODMs
- Develop and implement a joint Quality Assurance and Sustaining Strategy between NVIDIA, OEMs/ODMs, and Data Center operations
- Establish and uphold quality standards for large data center system deployment and continuity actions
- Collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality standards across OEMs/ODMs
- Monitor quality performance using key performance indicators and present findings to senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of experience in Customer Program Management at executive leadership levels
- Proven track record in Enterprise Data Center products quality management
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the Technology Industry
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQI, CQM) and PMP Program Management Certification
- Experience with Data Center Infrastructure and HW/SW systems components integration
