What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze farm-level data and soil analysis results to calculate impact indicators
- Manage MRV and farmer economic business case validation
- Oversee delivery of MRV, including preparation of reports
- Manage data collection process for farm-level data and annual results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject and 5 years of related experience, or master's degree plus 3 years of experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, or sustainability reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics programs
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in agriculture, sustainability, business, and data analysis
- Experience with GHG emissions calculations and carbon accounting
- Proficiency in advanced data management and analysis tools
- Knowledge of regenerative agriculture principles and practices
