What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Author high-quality, actionable research content based on best practices and methodologies
- Deliver strategic advice to executive clients through various media, particularly virtual engagements
- Lead research projects and coordinate with global primary and secondary research support teams
- Engage with clients regularly to provide tailored advice aligned with their needs
- Create presentation materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Senior leadership experience in customer success, customer experience, or post-sales operations within B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Proven experience in designing and implementing tiered and premium support models
- Expertise in customer journey mapping, onboarding, retention strategies, and value realization frameworks
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant function experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
