- Sharing expertise - Serve as a recognizable industry resource, become an active member of regional and national project management organizations, participate in relevant organization events serving as a valuable contributor
- Being a Project and Development expert – Provide subject matter expertise for client sustainability needs, demonstrate understanding of emerging trends for both occupiers and investors. This includes an evolving list of focus areas including project management, commissioning, PMO, capital planning and relocation project management. Participate in industry forums as a thought leader and expert.
- Maintaining optimal client relationships – Lead and manage client initiatives to secure, strengthen, develop, and enhance client relationships providing advisory role around project management
- Provide presales support – Assist the Sales team with presales activities to ensure differentiation of our solutions to attract and retain key clients, position the business favorably against industry competitors to drive strong brand awareness and value proposition in the market
- Develop Sales Opportunities – Proactively pursue growth opportunities with JLL Account and Sales teams. Support RFP responses, solution definition, development of pricing, sales enablement, and marketing content to encourage faster lead qualification and conversion. May own specific opportunities and be responsible for Sales Opportunities in Salesforce while partnering with Client Growth Account Sales Executives.
- Improving growth strategy – Develop growth strategies and process improvement opportunities by working closely with the full sustainability team and collaborating with Sales team to develop GTM strategies for all project management products . Drive awareness and uptake internally and externally on Sustainability Services strategies, plans, campaigns, and product launches, interface & collaborate with sustainability service delivery teams (Sustainability Consulting, Sustainable Operations and Sustainable Infrastructure) to create winning product & service strategies that deliver high value customer outcomes, strong customer satisfaction, repeat business, and strong financial results.
- Sales Data Management - Maintain accurate sales pipeline (via Salesforce). Ensure opportunities are represented and reported correctly across sustainability products,
- Being a team player - Coordinate with and support team marketing efforts including proposal development. Support the team through team recruitment and retention; make a significant contribution to the management of the business. Inspire the team by acting as a role model and mentor, support skills and learning development
- Embodying JLL ethics – Understand the organizations behavioral, moral, ethical and compliance standards and requirements, adhere to and demonstrate highest regard in all situations when interacting with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- 10+ years of progressive business development and/or consulting experience in Sustainability/ESG.
- Ability to excel in a highly matrixed corporate environment and manage multiple stakeholder environments successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in an engineering or business-related field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Travel required based on business needs
