      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate, design, develop, and optimize manufacturing assets and processes to meet unit objectives
      - Support safety initiatives and maintain compliance with safety rules and procedures
      - Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure clarity and responsiveness
      - Lead projects to meet corporate policies and internal control objectives
      - Identify and solve problems to enhance process capability and reduce defects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology and 10+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience with manufacturing control systems, including PLCs and HMI systems
      - Demonstrated competency in engineering principles and scientific analysis
      - Ability to work in diverse teams and contribute to a respectful environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve process quality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies
      - Continuing self-development in various technical assignments
      - Familiarity with instrumentation and power distribution systems
