  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the design and review of electrical systems for data center operations, including power distribution and emergency power systems
  - Oversee the optimization of electrical infrastructure to ensure reliability and alignment with sustainability goals
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable electrical systems for growing data center demands
  - Provide technical leadership in daily operations and troubleshoot electrical issues
  - Manage large-scale electrical projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in data centers or critical infrastructure
  - Proven project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  - Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues
  - Demonstrated leadership ability to guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  - PE license, LEED accreditation, or equivalent industry certifications
  - Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and sustainable electrical design practices
  - Experience with electrical distribution systems, UPS, generators, and monitoring systems in high-performance computing environments
