      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ASHRAE Level 1 and 2 energy audits and walkthroughs
      - Develop commissioning plans and perform functional testing of equipment
      - Collaborate with building staff to identify and implement energy efficiency improvements
      - Monitor industry trends and evaluate new products and services for potential
      - Establish a positive rapport with both JLL and client staff to ensure a high level of customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, civil)
      - 5+ years of experience with energy auditing, commissioning, retro-commissioning, or energy engineering
      - Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to navigate a building automation system and perform energy analysis independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engineer in Training (EIT/ FE) and/or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) highly desired
      - LEED accreditation and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
      - Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
